Smartflow® Aluminum Water Manifolds

PCS Company offers Smartflow® Aluminum Water Manifolds to help optimize the mold cooling process along with reducing the amount of time to make a mold change to support SMED practices. The Aluminum Water Manifolds are made from proprietary extrusions cut to length, then machined and polished before the hard-coating anodizing process to color them red and blue. Utilize the red and blue color coding to denote supply & return cooling circuits.

Use the Manifold Builder for either the ¾”, 1”, 1-1/2” or 2” Aluminum Water Manifolds to easily configure your manifold plus create interactive 3D visualization and CAD downloads. Once you have configured your manifold, simply contact PCS Company for your quotation.
