Nitrided Ejector Sleeves - D-Head

PCS Company offers Nitrided Ejector Sleeves - D-Head. PCS Company's sleeves can be used to eject the part or serve as a bushing for an ejector pin. Lengths up to 13". Both the inside diameter and outside diameter are nitrided.

O.D. and I.D. are nitrided to 65 - 74 Rc. to minimize wear and improve lubricity
Bearing Surface between 1-3/4" and 2-1/4"
Bearing Length tolerance +.032/-.000
Tapered Lead in 1° per side for friction free entry
Etched for easy identification
