Sprue Bushing Extensions

PCS extended sprue bushings accept the machine nozzle and allow plastic to enter the mold. PCS sprue bushings are manufactured from premium hotwork steel which is hardened and polished. Sprue bushing extensions are available for use with T-Series or 3-plate molds plus stripper plate molds.

Can be used with 1-3/8 and 1-7/8 top clamp plate
Tapered lead allows for easier installation in the molding machine platen
Available in 1/2 and 3/4 radius with a 5/32 diameter hole (5 degree taper per side)
Extra grind stock provided for fitting at assembly
Used in 3-plate molds
