Tri-Locks

PCS Company's Tri-Locks combine upgraded carbide roller bearings along with straight and taper lock technologies. The use of large carbide roller bearings eliminate galling during initial alignment. The 5° tapered interlock guarantees zero tolerance positioning. PCS Company's Tri-Locks have three times more locking contact than standard industry locks. Made of high strength A-2 material and coated in black oxide for wear and corrosion resistance providing a hardness of 58-60 Rc.
